Noticing a rub on on my front sway bat after installing 35x12.50x17s on a +35 wheel. It’s primarily only rubs when driving/turning on un-even surfaces at full lock only. Don’t really want to remove the sway bar bc I don’t want the increased body roll and I’m not installing spacers. My concern is the rub being severe enough to wear the tire’s edge down to the point it has un-even edges.

anyone else dealt with this issue?

    thanks!

I'm dealing with the same (little worse) on the passenger side. Tire place isn't worried about it. I'm not worried about it. Only happens on full lock.

    What’s your offset? 35x12.50 tire?

That is very minimal rub. I would not worry about it. Maybe just refrain from going full lock. Mine rubs the passenger side sway bar at full lock so i stop right before.

Would a sway bar drop bracket help this or make it worse ?

Yes, slight rub for me also. 315/70-18 MT's, +25 offset. Doesn't worry me.

If you have aftermarket (stiffer) front coil overs, just remove the sway bar. Its free to remove and try out and can just put back on. I've been running no sway bar on my Tundras since 2017 haha.
