@alb1k haha I actually forgot we spotted this one on Friday after getting gas, pretty sure that’s a billboard tarp, and it had to have been 20’ tall. Someone was cooking breakfast over an open fire when we pulled up, we told him we liked his spread. 598DEC97-DFD0-4773-97A0-AADD3C99CCA5.jpg

I got one of these pancake tanks thinking i could fit it in my spare. But i havent really gotten around to it yet. Once i cut the compressor mounts off it might make more sense to Leave it loose, attach a handle, and reel some hose around it.

I was hoping you’d bring back the abstract thread. I’ll have one later when the sun is right.

@alb1k looks about right. I would do another short change, maybe 1k miles, and after that start doing regular intervals.

Thanks buddy. I got another 4 Qt sitting here. Somewhere in the 500-750 range. Or maybe at the 100K mark. They are all very close.

@alb1k what is that grit in the gear fluid? Looks a lot like my first diff change of my truck when new. Never looked that bad on 2nd, 3rd or 4th change.

Wife got back from SM last Sunday after 6 days there helping get some footage squared up. Said similar. ATL has its fair share, but they wouldn't let her walk 5 blocks towards the pier after 6pm, which is something she does regularly to the wee hours of the morning in NYC. Sounds wild out there right now.

    It still spends!

    Mmmmm, dinner?

Funny you say wild, I've been saying for two years it's the wild west now. The no law version. My view of the show is good though.

Damn, I didn't realize you were straight-up in Dogtown.

You probably get about as sick of movie types shooting where you are as we do over here in ATL? I've probably seen a dozen episodes of NCIS L.A. filmed up on the pier and around it. We had one episode of Sherlock filmed in our tiny neighborhood a few years back. Was trippy watching them with the boom truck raising and lowering a full moon for the shoot.
