Apologies if this has been covered but I'm having a hard time finding a comparison between the new morimoto 4bangers and the baja designs squadrons for fog lights, Probably because the 4bangers are so new. But looking for any input as I'm trying to decide between the 2 with the amber coloring.

For SAE compliant fogs, Diode Dynamic SS3 is my choice.

Not worried about SAE compliance just want the best fog lights I can get and those seem to be the top contenders. Where I drive for my hunting camp is a very high elevation, Often drive through thick fog and whiteout snow conditions. I am open to opinions just want whatever gonna cut through the fog and snow best

If sae isn't needed I would get amber floods for those conditions. U don't need distance it sounds like. I'm a baja designs guy.

The top specs belong to the Morimoto and the bottom is Baja. Hope that helps.

Here is what I found on the amber version of 4 bangers:

Actual fog lights are only SAE. Otherwise it’s just a flood, spot, or driving light. If you want fog lights, SS3 are the best on the market. They also offer other optics between the SS3, SS2 and SS5. But if you want the best fog lights that are 100% functional and nothing else on the market compare, a selective yellow SS3 Max fog is the only way to go.
