Just picked up an '08 DC and figured I would see if anyone in here had some running boards they wanted to sell.

I know that I prefer the ones that come down with individual steps like this style, but honestly I just want to stay away from chrome. Other than that I am just looking for something with the right price as the girlfriend keeps complaining about how hard it is for her to get in, I still don't know if it is something I am going to leave on there forever because I like the look without them.

I did...then I looked at the price and decided that I would rather put that towards a few other things that have a bit more priority for me like a back up camera, new wheels, tires (these are going to need replaced after a bit), replacing the bedliner, etc.

The steps are just a nice thing to have for quality of life, not a necessity. Although I did consider picking up one of these and tying a rope to it for her to get in easier.

Anyone need a stroller for parts? The brake mechanism bit the dust and I wasn’t able to rig it up or find replacement parts. The wheels, seat and other peripherals would be good spares if you have this model. UppaBaby Cruz. Grab it in Chandler at Riggs and McQueen before I take it to the dump.

Is there an uppababy tune up day anytime soon near your area? I’d like to think they’d take care of you if they had one.

FWIW, I’m not too impressed with their quality. Want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re local to where I grew up and my cousin worked there, but they’re products are just a whole bunch of hype. Had issues with 2 vista’s and a Knox car seat that had a recall.

Our kid is old enough that we don’t need it, only reason I found out it was broken was because I tested it before we were going to give it to a friend that just had a baby and it was borked. I agree on the lack of quality. Especially for the price.

We have found the brake mechanism to be cumbersome as well :(

City select baby jogger lux edition has been good to us for well over 4 years now. Daughter turning 6 and son almost 4 still fit well glides with ease on zoo trips. We use the seat for the front area, and then the bench seat for the back for our daughter to sit.

I believe you. Seems that once that brake goes (or the cable going to the other wheel.. good luck). I will say I picked up a g-luxe for cheap off CL and it’s been the cats a$$ so far. Light and no issues.

Do any of you have the front wheel wobble that goes back and forth? It’s almost like it’s a resonance thing. Dealt with it in mine and see it on a few others vistas. Ask uppababy and they’ll tell you that you need new front wheels..

    Unfortunately, just like everything else...

    Rack sold.

NOW everyone wants it! Hadn't had this much interest in the past months as I have had the past week.
