Dang that looks super nice. Congrats!

I ordered the Smoked Mesquite with Saddle Brown through work. I really wanted the Red 1794 but they don’t offer it in Saddle Brown for some reason (at least, I’ve never seen one and the little configuration tool only allows cream to be selected,) but after seeing these pics I might just change it. It’s super clean looking. I’m just nervous about keeping it clean.

Thank ya'll! I went in for the Flex ECM update on my '14 and they happened to have this one on the lot from a sale that just fell through, I had no plans of getting a new one and I just wanted to look at it!... but they offered stupid money for my '14.
I'd be lying if I didn't say the cream interior doesnt worry me a little witha 6yo and a 15yo, but you have to see it in person to appreciate it... it looks so good. Time will tell, but either way this is my favorite Tundra to date.

    Great truck man

…Maybe just pick up one of those back seat covers on Amazon for the time being so you don’t have to worry as much with the kids and their stuff tossing around behind there.

I don’t have leather/softex (gray cloth here) but was concerned about my 4 and 6 year olds so that was my temporary security blanket.

    Enjoy it (and them)

    Thanks!

Yea, this was honestly my plan, I've looked and some of these covers state they fit "2008-2022" tundras, which I find hard to believe as it seems like the seats are definitely different.

Few pics in saddle tan for you.

Can’t operate to my knowledge the heated/ventilated from the touch screen. There are buttons in the front and back seats for those functions.

I'll have to update if I try to take it off, haven't even looked into it yet. Does your order come with the Homelink mirror? I use mine when the back window is blocked (passengers or cargo) and can see perfectly through the camera.

Finally received my Limited 4x4 on Friday. Build date was around 02/24. MSRP, no markups.

Already added Weathertech front floor mats. Up next...A/T tires, bed cover, Valhalla cat plate (on order), delete (or paint?) hideous factory running boards.

I am thinking you mean the “digital rear-view camera/mirror” vs “homelink” feature (remote garage door, etc) right?

Chances are you have both so just captioning it as such

Does your reverse sensor disable when you’re driving with your 1Up rack? Mine’s done a couple of different things when I have my mtb in the back or the rack on. Depending on where my front tyre hangs, it’ll either disable *all* the parking sensors or it’ll be warning me constantly and then do emergency braking when I back up. Normally with the rack on, it will figure out that there’s something attached to the truck so it disables the sensors.

I wonder if tow haul mode would be a cheat as sensors know there is a “trailer” attached. Not perfect but…?

Not a bad idea, I’ve tried just disabling the sensors prior to driving away but I’ve found that a little weird. I’d have to go check it again. I should give that a go.

With the rack in the up position, it doesn't seem to see it there. I have it tucked in close to the bumper and it doesn't block the sensors. It has only disabled the sensors once upon startup.

With a bike on the back it is a whole different story. The truck warns me something is behind me then locks up the brakes AFTER I get rolling in reverse. First time, I thought I had actually hit something very SOLID...

that’s going to be my color. To be totally honest I didn’t like lunar rock at all. All the pictures, and Toyota, web site I was like “meh”.

but I test drove a lunar rock and in person it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s snowy and slushy where I am and lunar, rock hides dirt real well. Didn’t look too bad after the drive.

The dealership near me has a Lunar Rock as a loaner. They want to sell it but they can’t because they’d have to pay a huge fee to Toyota. I believe they called it a track truck, whatever that means. That color looks really good in person.

I agree it does do a Fantastic job of hiding dirt. And the color seems to change with the time of day. Really interesting. But of course could just be in my head

Not mine, but I was curious if it was one of y'all. I stopped at a dealer to get my free oil change, hoping to test drive the 2022, and found this:

    20220309_085818.jpg

Service tech said dude tried to do some car audio stuff to his brand new Tundra, and accidentally invited some electronic gremlins to live in his new ride.

Stil has the sticker on the window, and it's already broken. That's tough!
