Pre-wired options 2019 SR5

What is pre-wired in my 2019 SR5? BSM mirrors? Power folding mirrors? Split climate controls? I don’t see any list or talk about what’s pre-wired.
Let me know what you guys found out please.

 

I can’t believe no one knows what is pre-wired for options that aren’t in a SR5! Come on guys!

 

Interested in this too. I wouldn't mind having memory mirrors.

 

BSM is not, power fold is not, dual climate is not.

Auto hi beam is, IIRC.

 

Turn signal lights in the mirrors are pre wired. That’s honestly about it.

 

Wasn't auto high beans standard in the 19 SR5? I think it was in Canada.

 

Maybe? Not certain. Might be thinking of the SR and mixing them up.

 

SR has auto high beams.

 

What about the mirror puddle lights and door panel lights?

 

No door panel light. No puddles that can be direct connected. Would require more wiring inside the cabin through the door boot

 

Can the factory backup sensors (sonar) be added to a SR5?

 

i wonder about heated seats

 

OEM heated seat switches are in the dual-zone climate control.
I'm sure there is wiring to the seat, but I have no idea where it ends up in the dash.



I added 2 of these heated seats to my 2014 SR5.

Mounted the switches in the console and tapped into the 12 volt plugs circuit for power.

 

On my 2014 I had to run my own wires thru the door boots from the foot well panels for my Muth turn signal mirrors and my custom puddles lights.

Turn signal mirrors I just read the instructions given.


On the puddle mirrors, I tapped into the little light in the driver's footwell.
Also installed front and rear footwell LEDs.
The lights fade on and off just like that little bulb did.
I tried a few LED bulbs for the puddles but ended up with VLED universal puddle lights.
Cut your appropriate sized hole in the bottom of the mirror and they stick with tape.

I can't remember what I used for the footwell lights.




On both the puddle and Muth wiring I added a connector in case I need to remove the mirror.

 

All my experience applies to the 2014 SR5 and the wiring diagrams I have are for a 2015.
On my 2014 I had no feed in the mirror plug for turn signal or puddle lights.

If you guys are wanting to do door related mods for your newer year models:
Get a DMM and test the mirror plugs.
Turn on whatever it is you are working on and see if you get a hot wire in that plug.
White wire with a black stripe will always be ground.



Again, these are 2015 wiring diagrams..
They may or may not help.

I believe MJ1 and MJ2 is the right mirror plug and NJ1 and NJ2 is the left mirror plug in the schematics.
I could be wrong on that.
