    Here is the story:

    So Brandon and I thought it was the perfect day to go hiking up off of Old Stage road when this asshole started riding Brandon's ass up the narrow dirt road. Then when we parked he proceeded to assault him and say it was our fault. Road rage at it's finest ladies and gentlemen. He only walked away with a bloody nose and fat lip because he refused to fight over something so stupid.
    EDIT: He said his name was Chad Huntsinger, if anyone knows him please tag him, thank you.

    This guy is just insane. The fact that he thinks hitting another adult is not assault makes him more dangerous. Props to the kid who kept his cool though. I would have been out of the car after the first swipe and proceeded to embarrass him in front of his wife and kid lol.

    Sad thing, this "combat veteran" never seen combat and was dishonorably discharged for drugs and DUI.

    I know there are some "real" men and women on here that served this great nation bravely, honorably, seen some rough shit...and then got on with their lives.

    Honestly I don't think he could have shot him for that. The way the law is. It would have been pretty hard to prove you shot him cause you felt you life was in danger. He rolled his own windows down and the guy didn't have a weapon on him.. that's why sometimes I hate carrying guns in general. I carry a pistol everyday, but the law is tricky, that's for sure..
    This guy was definitely an idiot and a disgrace

    The guy did break the plain when entering the car.

    Personally, I would have only cracked the window and made him break it. All the justification you need in CO.

    I had a "tough" guy beating on my truck window once over who knows what. Dodge glass is impressively strong.

    Very true, but they also take into consideration that he could have drove away instead of rolling the windows down , or reversed the car and not let the situation get to where it did.. in telling you that's why there's such a fine line when actually pulling your firearm and killing someone.. there's just so many ways you can get fucked using it. The law is VERY GRAY AND NOT JUST BLACK AND WHITE!

    @Jsena,

    Where he is sitting, in front of him is large boulders and nowhere to go. Not sure about backing up in this video.

    Tough situation for sure.

    Yea not sure exctly what was in front of him but there was nothing behind him..so he could have backed up and done something, like I said could he have been shot for it and got away and not been charged. sure and possibly, but to me the law is so Grey, it's just scary. Glad it didn't escalate to anything else... me personally, I would have got out and put a whooping on his ass.. but that's just me
