Searched everywhere with no avail and just my luck , sunroofs been stuck open and it’s pouring in SoCal , had to tape it up , been busy trying to figure out the issue and I’m guessing it’s the motor but There is absolutely NO noise clicking or grinding when pressing the buttons , to my surprise after removing switch console there is no way to access the motor like the older models , looks like someone has been in here? , anyways I’m guessing the headliner has to come down ? Any help

Have you looked up the fuse that powers the sunroof and confirm not blown?

There's a thread somewhere that goes over how to replace the motor. I'll try and find it.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
Doesn't it have a mechanical method to close with a supplied tool or an Allen wrench?

No ,from the info I’ve gathered these tundras do not have manual way of closing them ,that was my first thought

It closed with the fuse removed? After it closed did you attempt to operate it again?

I removed the fuse to stop any power to the sunroof AFTER I closed it
