Removal is easy - dental floss or 8-12lb test fishing line, get behind the decal and saw thru the adhesive tape they used. Buy a box of the orange plastic flat razors off scAmazon and use those with some decal remover to get the remnants off, make sure you keep a low (almost parallel) angle to your painted surface and work lightly.

Install is just as-easy - clean the panel with a paint-safe solvent. Use this 3M tape to reinstall, it's what the pros use. You don't need a ton of it, just smartly placed pieces. Peel the backing off one side, stick pieces to the emblem. When they're all stuck to the emblem, peel off the other side of the tape and stick.

It's a smart idea to use blue painter's tape to mark the location of the decal before removing and to clean the spot where it was well, since it's a rare opportunity to buff/wax. I'd run one piece of blue tape across the full length of the top of the decal, then a perpendicular piece at each end.

Unrelated but did your truck come from the factory with that red stripe?

My understanding is that you apply the Plasti-dip while the badges are on the truck...

Mineral spirits (or even better is 3M Adhesive Remover) will also make removal easy. Just apply and let it soak for a while and it will soften up the adhesive.
