    Hello,

I have a radar from Escort that's the Redline 360C model.
The mount for my radar is no longer holding well on my window.

Wondering if you guys have any recommendations for a replacement for the mount? Am considering the Blendmount BMG-2001R if anyone has any good feedback I'd appreciate it!

Link to BMG-2001R for your reference: https://blendmount.com/aluminum-rad...compatible-with-ez-mag-mount-standard-series/

    Thank you in advance.

Bought one from eBay for $10 and the 3M tape was fake haha. Don't want to risk dropping my radar anymore...

I made my mount. My detector is at the very top of my windshield out of the way. I'll see if I can find the pics.

Interesting love the setup! I have my radar exactly where yours is at. Nice and high. How did you make this? The only thing with my radar is it has a magnetic piece holding the radar vs yours looks like a clip-on.

Mine is the clip that the detector slides onto. I have an older Escort Passport 8500 X50. The mount is a piece of aluminum from Lowes. The clip is screwed to it with Philips screws and concave washers. I trimmed the screws on the back side with a Dremel to make them flush. I painted it and then used the 3M high strength tape to stick it to the windshield. It has held up very well in the FL heat. It's plugged in with the mirrortap cable.

    Haha
Yeah I did get something with fake 3M
    It was M3 lol.
But real 3M isn’t terribly expensive.
I’ve had to replace mine due to windshield replacements.
Good luck with whatever you find.
