I did search, but either I'm dumb, or I'm just not using the right search term.

So my son, in an abundance of helpfulness ( ) thought those felt inserts in the handles of my '20 Tundra were trash or something, and threw them away while detailing my truck. I'm sure I could pay Toyota $23/pc for them or something, but wondered what other options were available. (Aside from putting nothing there, of course.)

Head over to Michaels or Jo Ann Fabrics, buy some thin black felt and just cut the sizes. Should be very cheap.

It just occurred to me - wasn't there a dude here who made some custom?

Hey guys, new to the this forum and bought my first Tundra last week. Saw your post and figured I would chime in since my truck was used and had some of those felt pieces in the door handles and other locations throughout the truck. I got it from CarMax who does a beautiful job detailing their inventory before listing. I'm guessing they were the ones who cut thick pieces of rigid felt with scissors to match all the locations. My OCD won't allow this me to ignore the detail so I went onto Amazon and looked at what they had. Ended up running across a 26 piece matching set of decent looking rubber mats that fit each of those recesses and cupholders like a glove. You even have your choice of different trim colors if you want something other than black. I got the gray to match my black/silver interior and it looks pretty good. You may want to look into it for your trucks and replace all of those at the same time. The one I bought was a little on the pricey side but they look good and don't slide around once in place (bottom side of each one is tacky/sticky to prevent it from shifting). I plan on swapping the center console cup holder mats out for some other ones that have sidewalls to keep any moisture from getting under the mat and molding. Much easier to clean the rubber insert than scrub the cupholder.

Anyways, here's some pics and the link if you want to check it out. Hope that helps...

Check the build link in my signature.
The Amazon kit I had bought long ago was "universal" for Gen 2 and Gen 2.5. Essentially, you had leftover parts when you were done.
