So filled up crackie. Fuel mileage is better for sure. Haven't done my math but while I was standing there in the fuggin cold I checked all my fluids since that pump took forever to push $60 worth of petrol in my tank.

All fluids with a dipstick look good except for the transmission. Barely was on the dipstick. Will need to rectify soon. Not sure if it was just because the trans was still cold or I've got a slow leak somewheres.

I drove about 2 miles from the plant to the gas station. Figured it'd be warm. Still shifting good so I'm not terribly concerned, but aware.

Toyota says about 10 miles to fully warm. Lately even after a 25 mile drive, my transmission is about 110 degrees so depends on how cold it is.

Thanks for the info. Did not know this, and is now stored in the brain case.
Well it was fuckin chilly here. Was about 26°F last night with 30 knot winds. It was whipping ass. I went to my indoor smoking area™.

For sure hopefully I like them. The ones I currently have grown on me compared to the old stock red orange and white ones .These new LED ones should look ok with my dark headlights.

Excluding OEM styled aftermarket tail lights, those are about the best option I've seen so far. I'm not gonna lie, they look like squatted shitvys and forks tail lights that run around my county. Most spend their momma and daddies money and the other ones spend their gfs money. I ain't seen a one of em hold a job longern a month.

I had a mfn juicy rant typed up, but deleted. Growth. ★

But holding out high hopes for these

I’m glad I didn’t drive more than down the block and back while the plow guy did his stuff.

Accidents everywhere all over the news with cars and tractor trailers spinning out and flipping over.

Filled up the tank again. MPG suffered this AM fir about 10 minutes when I was bouncing off the speed limiter. The engine wanted more.

Anyways, I pull in to a dead gas station get petrol. Go inside to pay and get schmokes. Come outside and this 19 year old kid is driving a blue DC. Pulled right in behind me. I complimented him on his truck in passing and went on.

Yesterday I got a drivers side heated mirror to match the passenger side I got a while ago. Now I get to try to figure out the heating logic.

Drove my truck today for the first time in probably 2 weeks. Fired right up. Drove it to refill my gas cans in case shit kicks off overseas. $4.20/gallon for ethanol free. Topped off the truck too. Cost me $100. We live in interesting times.

I’m just glad I’m 5 miles from work, food shopping and the commuter rail train station.

No need to drive a great deal if I had to unlike when I first started working and had to drive 70 miles round trip a day through Boston.

you have a infrared temp gun? Turn on your rear defrost and check the mirror temps...you may already have the wiring.

Pretty sure since I have no switch and no rear defrost and what I believe are 3 wire connectors that I gots no heat. DC w that drop down window is far superior in this aspect.

I ordered up a kit. I’ll see if I can modify to use the factory switch. Especially helpful that we know the switch illumination wire from the fog light switch.
