    Lol I figured a little humor might help. Sorry you're dealing with that. Currently we've got a boatload of frustration going on with our bosses as well. They asked why we can't keep enough workers and also complain that no one wants to stay at one company for life anymore but they do legitimately nothing to encourage someone to want to stay here.

    We seem to have the opposite problem with a few folks - - people not worth their paychecks are staying well past any excusable timeframe. I'm mad at myself for entertaining the moral discord of whether to expose him to everyone and look like an ass myself, or keep my mouth shut about it and just let nature take its course. I should pull my manager pants up and encourage his leadership chain to help him find something he's more passionate about.

    Thanks for the humor, and letting me rant. I do love my job...
