To clarify what V3 will offer for 2wd.

It will be exactly like the plate I currently make. The big difference will be the option for a vertical section to make access to the rear cats much much harder. This will be retrofittable to older plates with drilling a few holes

Are those bars to help support the replacement crossmember for the Pro Comp lift??

Weird that Pro Comp does that but BDS doesn't for their bracket lifts.

I am going to finish what I have, at first, the front skid plate will work with Readylift and procomp. I will clean it up and get it drawn up so y’all can get one.

I had my cats stollen this week in a “secured” parking garage, in the process they also sliced into the transmission oil cooler line housing. $7,000 repair bill. The shop said he has two older 4Runner's that have been waiting for cats for 2 months.

Has anyone heard stories where someone successfully cut through plates to get the cats?
I met with the guy from DE a while back and he was telling me a story (among many), where someone managed to cut a corner of the shield off and was almost through the other, when they called it quits for some reason. That’s determination.

That’s why I didn’t buy! Dude was a little off, also. Kept telling me he “put some thing special in his plates to know whether or not they were copied”. I asked what that special-something was, and said he couldn’t tell me. Just a complete turn off all the way around.

I mean, ain't that hard rocket science to be honest. Just buy a plate and figure out how to reverse engineer it..... oh wait, they don't know....hmm

So, thanks to our local friend I was able to measure for the V3 vertical panel, I will sketch it up and send it to my cutter to get pricing. This will be retrofitable with the older plates by just drilling some holes.

So, I am reviewing this, and I have come to the conclusion that the V3 vertical plate for the 2wd rear cat plates does not need to be thick. I am going to make these out of 1/8 steel or 1/8 aluminum. Anyone have an issue with this?

Well I guess it's up to me to stick up for someone thats being bad mouthed on here by someone who doesn't have the product to compare, well I do have one , and I feel it is a very good quality product , and would recommend it , and ya he does talk alot and tell stories, but maybe just his personality, lets not belittle the guy for that. His product is good and solid and works !! That's what counts. Nothing inferior about it.

I am back up, I am forced to use the method I used when I first started shipping, it is much slower… I am seeing if I can streamline it tomorrow
