    Hello my fellow Tundra owners!

Its been a while, but I am finally back in a Tundra! It is a 2019 Platinum in Barcelona Red. I drove a couple hours south into South Carolina and bought it private party. Truck has been garage kept it’s whole life and the previous owner was a retired man that hardly ever drove it. I already have black handles (can’t find color matched anywhere) and color matched mirror caps coming along with Husky floor liners (currently on sale directly from Husky if anyone is interested).

Below is a list of all the things done to it so far. I need to look into some coach builder shackles because the front is slightly sitting higher than the rear. Bilstiens are on the top notch would welcome any suggestions or recommendations to correct this ;)
    - Fuel Crush 9 X 20 rims - May swap out for SCS Ray 10s
    - Nitto Ridge Grappler 305/55x20 tires
    - Kenwood DMX1057X multimedia receiver
    - Bilstein 5100 shocks
    - Front leveling kit
    - Tinted front windows
    - Magnaflow cat-back dual exhaust
    - Chrome quad exhaust tips
    - TRD front and rear sway bars
    - S&B cold air intake
    - Undercover Ultraflex hard folding bed cover
    - Bedrug bed liner
    - Rigid 360-Series LED fog lights
    - Front bumper brush guard
    - Faux leather diamond stitch seat covers
    - Driver's side A-pillar grab handle
    - Bushwacker fender flares
    - Running boards
    - Factory class III tow hitch
    - Factory center console gun safe

Nice find! Did you put PPF behind the flares?

The previous owner put them on just a few months ago but being a full time care giver, he hasn’t driven the truck but a few short stints. I am debating to either keep them or take them off. I do not believe PPF was installed prior to the flares being installed.

That is correct. The paint will get damaged without it.

Afraid that could happen. Hoping since he pretty much just installed them and hasn’t driven much since install, paint might be ok. I plan to pop them off and have a look. Truck isn’t going anywhere for a little while.

Gotcha. I have my flares Line-X'ed. Actually for your reference, here is my truck before and after flares.

That is a Beautiful truck and quite an impressive list of mods already done! You didn't ask but I vote that you take the flares off and show us pics. That step bar on the front is cool also. Front window tint limits are different in SC than NC so definitely take a look at what they installed or get your inspection someplace that will work with you.

How many miles? And if you don't mind sharing, what did you pay for it such a nice ride?

That step on the front was dealer installed when new. He gave me the window sticker and had quite a nice list of dealer installed before being sold.

As for tint, I asked that question and he couldn’t remember the exact number, it said it was legal for SC. NC has a limit of 35% on the front. I have a guy that does all our cars so I’ll have him check it out.

Just noticed your over in Winston! I used to live just south of town. It moved over to Randleman, south of Greensboro, we should meet up sometime. Love to check out your truck.

I can certainly pop them off and share some photos of what it looks like with then removed.

I bought the truck with 31k and some change on the clock. And as for price, I paid FAR less than what dealers are listing them for used currently. ;) I paid pre-Covid price I feel like what everything that has been installed so far.

You can always pay a body shop to fix/buff out the marred clear coat where the flares sat - local shop quoted me a Benji to do it

You are barely an hour or so away. Definitely looking to catch up sometime. 31K is not even broken in and if you feel the price was good that's what matters. I was only being nosy because the pricing is crazy over the last year or so. I was visiting my daughter down in Greenwood, SC last weekend and the Toyota dealer there had like 10 cars on the lot. Its still just Crazy

Oh I know pricing is just crazy right now especially at the dealer level. The guy I bought it from was very reasonable in pricing and the overall condition and parts he had added, I couldn’t pass it up.

Just let me know anytime if you want to meet up!
