Picked up the meat! Barely got it to fit in the garage fridge freezer. They had a pretty good sign too.you might have to zoom in to see it.

Yup! 269 lbs was the hanging weight. Will probably last 3/4 of the year or so. Don’t think I’ll be that lucky when my son gets older.

You can always just tell him you're all vegan, and when he invites his vegan friends over you can enjoy thier horror when they get offered steak, and he eats it.

 

Sounds like something I would do and can already tell the kids are going to have a good sense of humor too. Just got to work on the not telling secrets parts.

 

No good comes from secrets, and nothing stays secret. Promises are a bad op, too.

 

Started drinking coffee at 12.
I only drink two 20oz before noon now, and only good stuff at that. There was a time I went through a pound of coffee beans a week.

 

We get a half every year. I hate stew meat - we just have it made into more burger instead. Grass fed, organic, and way less expensive than buying cuts at the store.

 

I’ve at least got to stop the “daddy ordered more truck parts” every time a package shows up at the door.

 

Secrets can also be about privacy. Kids have zero filter and no situational awareness. We have taught our kids about family business and private topics. Even to the point of telling our kids to lie on certain topics to certain people. Not doctors or LEO, but other people/groups they interact with on a regular basis. Nunna business is the theme here

 

My daughter was about 18 months old when my wife retrieved a package from the front porch and she yelled “Oh, new shoes!”

 

I wish I did! It would have made those all nighters in college a bit easier. Between the Mrs. and I we probably go through close to 1lbs. a week. Would take any recommendations that you have on the good stuff.

We do the Black Rifle Coffee club here. Wife's favorite is Blackbeard's Delight. I am limited to one cup a week at the most...
