Just picked my new 2022 Tundra up couple days ago. Beautiful truck.
I noticed the oil gauge, it reads "low" lower quarter as I'm driving down the road (No lights or warnings on). Once I step on it hard, it goes up to the middle dial. Haven't gone back to the dealership yet to talk about it.
Was just wondering if this was normal or not?

No other issues as of now. Have just over 1,000km on it. Runs and drives amazing. Very happy with it and very happy with the Fuel Consumption.

Better than my F150 which had sweet digital guages that were actually just an on/off switch. If the oil pressure wasn't low, then it always was stuck at just below half on the guage. It only ever moved when I had a literal low pressure alarm and the guage dropped, turned red, and gave me a blinking alarm. The Toyota has an actual proper guage that moves with the engine as RPMs and oil pressure build.

All good. As long it moves up when the revs go up. Your engine will build pressure as RPM increases. I think (don't quote me on this) my old truck tested around 5 or 10 psi to start and the went up to 30+, so there is quite a range.

Also I have the same Tundra as you. It's so nice! Hope you're enjoying it.
