Debating going with this bumper for my next mod. Anyone have experience? Pros? Cons? I see they are on back order so prob won’t expect it for 6 months.

I like how that one looks OEM. It's pretty expensive though. If I ever have a need to replace mine, I'll probably look at one that gives a bunch more clearance in the front while still flowing with the rest of the truck.

Just over $700 shipped didn’t seem to bad. I plan on getting it bare metal and wrapping it.

Victory 4x4 has one very similar. More expensive but may get it quicker? I like this idea as well as it won't affect the parking sensors. Can order with tube work or without. Lightbar can be added where they show mesh. $950 Tundra Front Winch Bumper | Blitz | 3rd Gen (14-21) - Victory 4x4

Yup, exact same one I have on mine. No cons yet except that I have to relocate my winch controller. Which I have yet to do but I do have on my to-do list.

    You guys are too funny!

I love my Lexus wood steering wheel, its elegant.

It is however cold as shit in winter!
Wish my 2014 had heated steering wheel option.

Toyota left the Tundra so far behind in normal options it's ridiculous sometimes.

Love that leather condom joke lol!

I only do cheap covers from wallmart when the stock steering wheel is old and ugly/chewed up, like my 98 4Runner.

    YMMV :burnrubber:

No expert and not gonna pretend to play one on TV but I'd recommend any reputable winch that is rated for 10k or more. We have such heavy vehicles and you never know what you're pulling so I'd rather my winch not fail at a critical time. Personally, I'd recommend Smittybilt or Warn. Warn if you want better QC and american made.

Southern Style Slimline with light bar is on order. Ill post pics in a few months after it shows up and i have it wrapped. Any input on a winch? not looking to drop 2grand "AKA Warn" and would like 10 thousand pound with synthetic rope and wireless capability. swaying towards Smittybilt.

I got the latest smitty 12k with synthetic rope...not sure if there is a wireless option yet but there was not when I bought mine. I just relocated the control unit to the engine bay for easy access. I have a C4 bumper and with the light bar in there I could get to the engagement handle but not the control unit to plug in. Also got force 55 ultrahook which I love since it lays flat when fully retracted.

I have the Predator boards on mine and thinking about going to the Amp.

How do you like them so far?
Did you do the install yourself?
    If so, any pointers?

    God Bless,

Enjoy this horrible picture until I can get some better ones showing the new lights.

The auxbeam led bulbs went in really easy but I'm pretty sure I received used bulbs. Then the seller sent another pair missing a flange. They ended up refunding my money and letting me keep the bulbs.

The SS3 pros are wayyyy brighter than the low beams but at least the color temps match.

Love the powered boards. So does the Mrs.
Yes, I installed them myself. I would suggest varying a bit from the instructions by installing the step panels last, rather than immediately after installing the brackets as you still have a lot of work to do in that area and they’re in the way. You do have to install the panels before powering the controller, though. Have some paint handy as you drill 4 grommet holes for the LED lighting. Touch up after drilling. Make sure your grommet hole locations are in between welds. The welds are hard. Go ahead and buy the plastic panel retainers (2) for the kick panels inside the cab. I tore up the original ones getting the panels off to pick off the door open/close signals. All in all, it took me ~6 hours for a first-timer.

A little latot quite a mod to the truck but..

I invested in a sound system for my 1794. Still using the factory head and amp but added amp, speakers, and subs box.

Used Alpine amp, focal speakers, JL subs, custom sub box, ap4 interface, and it sounds great

I haven't seen a mod anywhere for this, or an after-market option. How are you doing this?

I like the clean looks of this bumper. Does it also support the winch or just bolt somehow to a winch bracket? I just installed a SDHQ winch mount and Warn Zeon 12S winch and wondering if this bumper would work with this setup?
    Thanks for any comments.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll contact the SSO guys with any more questions. Looks like I’d have to swap my SDHQ winch mount so not quite ready for that change yet.
In the interest of not hi-jacking this thread and commenting on the best 1794 mods, mine have been the TRD Pro headlights and I-hacker cable, TRD Pro Fox suspension, and TRD rear sway bar.
