Man customer service can be so hit or miss. The Ironman4x4 representative answered like a damn robot.

 

To clarify, no attempt at friendliness, like half answers to my questions and just an overall negative feel, like answering me was a bother.

 

Prob some emp who doesn’t work to work, like most of this world, unfortunately

 

Growing up I worked at McDonald's for 3 years and no matter how much I hated life I made sure the customer had no idea. Lol idk maybe I'm just being ornery at the end of a 12-hour overtime shift

 

I could never ever work in the food industry. Not only for the smell, but I would rather not see the kitchen I’m about to eat from

 

Unfortunately that seems to be a quirk of theirs. Hit or miss customer service. When I ordered my frontier suspension from them they were simultaneously terrible and great. They were willing to work with me and answer questions but also were radio silent and had absolutely no idea where the suspension was at one point. Also unfortunately is as far as I know they only sell from their website I don't think I can get it from other sources how you can for example get like 6112s from all kinds of retailers. And third unfortunate thing is there is only one alternative for lifting that isn't a spacer and it is quite a bit more expensive

 

I don't regret working there whatsoever. I learned many life lessons and any job you get after that is only up from there lol. That being said I tell people for me to go back to working at McDonald's I would have to be paid a minimum of $100 an hour.

 

The instant messaging. It probably was someone who usually works in the shop and had to jump on the computer and help out. It's not the end of the world I just expect customer service to be friendly. He was just so dry and definitely did not go the extra mile. Like after the half answers he didn't even ask if I had any more questions or offer to help in any other way.

 

Yeah, good customer service seems to be rare unfortunately.
