Looking for help with one of the 2 options below:

Platinum Pearl White w/ Black Leather - On the delivery truck

    OR

1794 Army Green w/ Saddle Tan Leather - Build date 2/22

Both have same options on them and I like both. Having a hell of a time deciding and 1794 I’ll have to wait into March (which the waiting I don’t mind but it could get delayed).

Any help out there? I know to each their own when it comes to color combos :). But maybe some one can lead me to a decision.

Agreed! Tough decision. I’m partial to tan/1794 interiors since it seems like there are less of them than the black. Would also be an awesome color combo with the green.

Any thoughts on having a build date but possible delays? The 1794 has the build date 2/22. But the platinum hits the ground this week. I got deposits but damn wait for the 1794 or get the platinum in a week. Thought it would be an easy decision but now I have to shxt or get off the pot :)

    dlopp,
I can tell you that my AG Pro is a very cool color. Always a good feeling climbing into it.
Have to agree with 20GR8 that the 1794 interior would be an awfully nice combo with the AG...

Well I might have some gravel, but I can drive around it. I’ve always took the gravel road because it was faster to where I was headed, but… being in a new tundra, who the hell cares how long it takes :). but that was a great point to help me out. Thanks Mountaingroan.

I am worried about taking the 1794 with 2/22 build date set but it getting delayed or shipping delayed and my trade somehow devalues over 8 weeks or something

Just my .02 cents is that if I’m going to spend 60k+ for a truck that you plan on keeping for a long time, I wouldn’t be worried about few thousand difference and get exactly what you want.

That’s a doozy. Army green 1794 for me. It just seems more rare. With color combo and all

Depends on the flavour you want. IMO the pearl will have a more refined/luxury look while the army green with tan (which is an awesome combo) will look more utilitarian.

I’m having a similar dilemma. I have two arriving around the same time: platinum pearl with 5.5’ box and a blueprint platinum with a 6.5’ box. I like both colours for different reasons and both box lengths for different reason lol.

Personally not a fan of Army Green so Pearl White over black leather Platinum is the route I would go. Plus I have a young son, and two big dogs that would make a mess of any interior color that isn’t black… at least if the dogs are allowed into the vehicle.

Plus the chrome trim around the grill of a 1794 looks like you’re driving Hulk Hogan’s face. Admittedly this has no affect on function, but who wants to drive around Hulk Hogan’s fucking face?

I love the wood trim, but this is out done by too much chrome on the 1794 for me. I really like the green in pictures, but think I would grow tired of it quickly, kinda underwhelming in person. The only benefit in waiting would be Toyota getting some kinks worked out of some of the issues at hand. If it was my decision, I would get the Platinum now vs waiting.

Go platinum. IMO, the AG and chrome together look ridiculous. I’d have to go white or silver for the 1794 or black with the OR package (that looked better than I thought it would).

Well, Selected the 2022 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Platinum - White Ext / Black Int. Decide not to go with 1794 Army Green. Decision made. Pick up in 2 weeks.

Personally, I would have gone with the AG 1794, but to each his own. Congrats!
