I would look at the style of harness for the factory bulb plug in. I don't think that's an "adapter". More part of a kit. Maybe try calling them. When I ordered my harness and relays for headlight retrofit I used TRS (the retrofit source) and I had some questions. They were very helpful. May try them

If you're trying to go all LED for headlights and fog lights and you're worried about them acting funny you can get a plug and play adapter that plugs inline with your dash mounted fog light switch and fixes the issues without having to run super hot resistor packs that put extra load on your electrical system. That is if @daveeasa wants to/has time to keep making more.

Looks to me like you just want to replace stock foglights with LEDs.
    You don't need resistors.
Resistors are for turn signals, they stop hyper flash.

It all depends on what the connector is on your LED fog light.
Or if you don't mind cutting and splicing (solder or crimp), you don't need a connector.

I used to make adapters for 2014 and up, they were H11 to Deutsch connectors for Rigid foglights.
I think your 2001 is a different size than H11.

Can't you just get the LED equivalent to 9006 that would fit without having to change anything?

Sorry, I thought you were replacing the entire light, not just the bulb..

There are several 9006 to H4 wiring adapters on Amazon and ebay.
I never heard of a physical socket adapter if you need one.

    Amazon.com : 9006 to h4

    9006 to h4 | eBay
