That doesn't happen to you anyway? Happens to me cause apparently I'm a good lookin' dude. :p

So might as well have the bike, too.

I saw that and was gonna make a wise crack, but you beat me to it lol.

So I called down to the shop to see if they might happen to have a record of the transaction and get me a tracking number since Specialized didn't give me one, but I was told that the associates that handle all the MTB stuff are out today (they're a motorsports shop, not just MTBs). So even if the bike arrives today, it's probably a good bet that nothing's going to happen. I got a 17 mile ride in this morning so I'm MTB'd out for the day and won't have to think about it lol.

Picked this up a few months ago on pink bike. Nothing happens fast but it gets me out and giggling.also upgraded to a Bluto.

I've only fat tired a few times. I guess with the PSI you don't really need a lot fo front travel. Plus the Bluto will keep the energy moving forward.

What's Monterey got to do with it? This area has everything a human could want except girlie bikes..
BTW, my daughter in law's ex works for Specialized; has been for at least 15 years.
He's a great guy and set up al of them with bikes.
My two sons ride those damn battery bikes and love em.
I'll just stay tight with my Harleys and no, either one of them is even close to girlie colors.

The ice blue looks great to me. Doesn't mean much though since I have a cav blue truck which some think is "girlie"

I finally found several videos on it, and in all of them the bike is actually more white with a tinge of blue, like more of an accent color. I guess that's why they call it ice blue and not blue ice ;) ? I actually like it more now, kind'a matches my truck in the first pic :D.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for it. I'm just gonna have to mope around, watch videos, and stare at pics of it for now. *sigh*

NBD will be great. Share some photos when you get it. Wish my truck was Quicksand sometimes, I'd have a perfect match with my bike.

Personally, I like bikes with a color other than black. Dont fret the color - ride what you got.

MTB folks with dropper posts - do you find yourself using them often?

Constantly. IMHO bike yoke makes the best dropper out there.
Imagine racing a windy hilly road in a stick shift. That’s how I use my dropper. Every single downhill. It’s automatic now.

Absolutely. Don't know how I lived without them before. Like was said above, it's automatic now on the downhill. Also love not having the saddle in the way on corners and bunnyhops/jumps.

Thanks - looking to sell wr250f and get back into the sport. Sounded good in my head but didn’t know whether to buy trim level with one.

Agreed to what was said above. It’s a must have. I hated mine at first because the one I had was riddled with issues. I had and still have a RockShox reverb which is one of the only hydraulic dropper post but had issues with leaks etc…. Bought the wolfs tooth conversion kit to make it cable driven and have loved it ever since.

I just rode my friends specialized Levo today. Man, this could make lazy. Loved it. I got really used to full Turbo though. I rode my acoustic bike around the lock when I got home and didn’t even want to pedal up the driveway.

Finally getting around to posting some pics of the Levo. It was a long week-and-a-half lol. Gotta say though, this thing puts my Giant Stance e+ 1 to shame. For the price of the base Levo, Giant should be ashamed of themselves for what the Stance is going for. Even the base model Levo build quality/craftsmanship is in a whole other league. I'm still gonna keep the Stance for those fun/easy rides with the wife, and the Levo & my ol' Stumpy will be for everything else.

Haven't done much on it yet. Just did the initial suspension setup and also bedded the breaks and pulled a few wheelies and bunny hops. Hasn't seen the dirt yet.

I'm loving the color, and it changes with the light. The bike officially passes the wife "it's not girly after all" approval. But really though, pictures don't do it justice, looks way better in person.

What truck bed rack is that, and do you have room to put your bike in tailgate style?

    And nice S-Works btw!
