I typically fast for morning and noon on weekdays. Two 20oz cups of coffee between 7am-noon, then water all afternoon. I do drop 1/4 cup of collagen peptides in my first cup of coffee though.

on the weekends I do a few eggs and a chicken Gouda sausage with homemade sauerkraut for breakfast. Still no lunch though.
