Replaced all the interior lights awhile back with LEDs. The right map light started flickering and when I took it out I accidentally loosened the housing into goes into. Now neither map light will turn on manually or when the doors open, and the center light quit working as well. Also my clock and odometer trip A/B reset every time the truck is started.

I rigged my 2004 DC so the front map lights come on when the doors open, as this was not the case when I originally purchased the truck. So I am guessing somewhere a wire came loose when I was pulling the flickering map light out and the housing came loose. Where I am lost though is how this is affecting the clock and odometer. Any thoughts are appreciated. I will be taking the sunglasses holder and map lights housing fully out tomorrow to get a closer look.

Edit: the interior door lights still work fine as they should, just the overhead map and dome lights quit working

Check your fuses. Could be a wire up in the map light housing that's causing your issue since you said the housing is loose.
Had this exact same thing happen on a buddies Volkswagen in high school. Clock and dash would act funny when key was on and it turned out the map light fuse was somehow related.

I mean, if you really want to know if it's the map light causing your issue, pop the overhead console out, unplug its harness, start the car and see if things reset. If it doesn't, chances are it's a short in the overhead console.

I would definitely check your fuses too, but ... first things first, unplug the overhead console, if not for fire safety, then for debugging.
