How do you folks personally set your tire pressures?

I know this question is very subjective but i am curious to hear what you folks set your tires at? I know some do the chalk test, some do more PSI up front and less in the rear vice verse and some do same PSI all 4 corners. Once again this question is very subjective so no need to attack each other for their methods. Thanks and looking forward to hearing back!

275/70-18 E load, run 38 to 40 in front, 40/41 in rear usually, few lbs more if loaded/towing. That has kept handling and tire wear very good.

When running stock size, P load, ran a few higher than the sticker, 32/33 front and 35 rear. Otherwise the stock tires wore on outside edges and handling was too mushy.

I'm on my 2nd set of Nitto Terra Grappler G2's. 275/60/20. 44 psi at all four corners. Gives me a consistent good tire wear. I arrived at this air pressure through a tad bit of trial and error (started at a traditional 35 psi), along with consultation with a Tundra board, in the first 5,000 miles of owning the truck.

About 10% or so under max. cold rating for my daily needs. Much less offroad, wet, snow, or ice.

What the door sticker says in the summer,
    10-15 less during the winter.
    Same all 4 corners.

I will also add, I have found this tool really helpful in getting tire pressures in the optimal range. I use this and then adjust only a couple pounds up or down based on my driving style, load, etc.

This is what tool I used to determine my tire pressure. I have LT295/60R20 E Load tires and it told me to run 40 psi which is what I'm running in all 4 tires and it feels pretty good.

Had been running 35psi on my ko2 (E), but getting a little uneven outer wear. Using that calculator link above I've increased to 40. See if that helps.

Start with math and fine tune with chalk.

Your weight / (max tire load x4) = % (in decimal form)

Max tire pressure x % (in decimal form) = starting point

295/70 E rated and I've run 35psi for years. I think its gonna be up to your wear and what's comfortable to you. E rated tires are rough, its nice to run them a little softer if its not costing you tread. ymmv

275/70 18’s, E rated. Need to run them at 40 ish front and 43 ish rear, to get the same load rating the 4 ply factory tires gave at 30 & 33. After the last rotation they all ended up 40-41 and I just left it. When I tow, rear goes to 50-55. So far in 15k wear is very even.
