Silver trim around shifter needed

I just purchased a 2019 TSS off road and noticed the silver piece around the shifter is a bit scratched up. Is there a place i can find just these one piece? I've found some on ebay that come from China and they look like you just put them over the top of the original one and they are held on by 3m tape. I can't imagine there is much quality with these.

Anyway if anyone knows where i can find a replacement i would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I'm actually looking for the square shifter ring, it's like a 5" square (just guessing). AJT sells the shifter/cup holder ring kit but not in factory silver.
