    We finally have in stock a limited number of the V2 VLEDS footwell light kits for the 07+ Tundra! Limited numbers available now, but they are on hand!

    Some of you may have the older version of the VLEDS kits, but the new ones have much cleaner installs as well as much higher output on high! Fully plug-and-play and aluminum construction so you don't have to worrying about it breaking if you bump it!

    Dual Output - The new PWM dimmer module allows for two output modes depending on the scenario:
    • COURTESY MODE: The lights are at full output (200LM per side) when the door is open and fades out with the map and dome light when the door is closed.
    • NIGHT MODE: This gives you an adjustable low output light when the door is closed and the parking or headlights are switched on. This drops the output to approximately 10LM on the lowest setting. If you want it brighter simply use the included screwdriver and turn it up to your liking.
    Rear seat add-on kits are available as well!

    Colors Available: 5500k White, 6000k White, Aqua Blue, Red
    Kit Pricing is $100 for a front kit, and the rear add-on is $50

    Nice. I might do the same.

    Sliders are on but not bottom bolts and top plates still need painting/install. 1/3 of the way through, I guess then now that I think about it:eek:

    I have the Vleds footwell kit. I actually have 2 full kits installed. I wouldn't do the dimmer in mine though....my windows are dark and I would see the reflections off of the windows.

    Very cool! At some point I'll definitely do this. How many amps does a set pull? I imagine I could use the single add a fuse with a switch and be able to power two sets, to allow me to switch over red or white.

    Gotcha, yeah I'm just guessing anyway. I've had the vled footwell kit for probably 5 years so I can't say I know much about the newer kits. Mine never had a dimmer option. Just a peel a d stick string of connected strips. I can tell everyone vled definitely makes quality products. Mine are still working great and they're an awesome company to deal with if ever needed.

    I have a 4 pc but the sticker on the side says 12-2021 so it doesn't seem like this kit's been sitting on the shelf long :p

    This was the only option I saw on their site at the time.

    You probably have the same kit as George and I. 1 strip plugs into the dim factory socket once you remove the bulb under the steering wheel near the bottom and the rest just daisy chain from there off each other.

    The dimmer didn't come with the 4 piece kit. It comes with the front kit, and you can add the rear kit. You can add the dimmer to your kit.

    Dang I didn't get notified of the chatter in here! So the dual-function versions (with the dimmer) are the newest version and are just coming live. It is the only version that Hotshot has ever offered. VLEDS is making a rolling transition from their old versions to this current one, and I believe that began after the new year. It wouldn't surprise me that a 12/21 version didn't have it! That said, they MAY allow you to add in the PWM. I also don't know what the old versions look like so they may not be compatible :notsure:
