Are they as easy to move along the rail as the originals or will I need to use tools to move them?

Lots of orders have come in and I should have production within a week. Hoping to stop by the machine shop today for a final test fit!

 

Any idea if these will work with those that have camper shells already in place?

 

They sit flush with the top of the bed rail so they should clear. If they do not I’m glad to accept returns for parts in new condition and send a full refund. Or if you send a picture we can try to figure it out before you order.

Does this only work with the factory rail? Or will it work for those of us that did the uni strut bed rail mod? Do you need a tool to slide these up and down the rail? Thanks

 

I have not tried it with Unistrut. You need a 6mm hex key to loosen them. I am working on a tool-less solution that uses knobs in place of the bolts for those that want it.

I’m wondering if this will clear my DIY uni strut bed rails too.

 

Are these unchanged for 2022 model yr trucks?
Have you shipped to Canada yet? Any idea if these would be extra duty or brokerage fees etc ( sometimes brokerage fees come into play & add a fair bit of extra $$ which sucks )

 

I can’t speak directly for the vendor, but this product would be duty free for Canadians. If sent via USPS you may be charged GST. UPS will absolutely charge brokerage and GST ($20 brokerage plus actual GST).

 

Pretty sure they will, I believe the unistrut is a little larger than OEM. If you order and they don't fit it's no problem to send them back.

 

I've sent several sets to Canada and have not heard any complaints about fees, although that doesn't mean customers haven't had to pay them. I have USPS and UPS shipping options on my site so you can pick the best option for you.

I THINK these fit 2022, but have not been able to confirm myself yet. If you order and they don't fit I'll gladly give a full refund.

I’d be interested when you get a tool less adjustment version. Maybe think of a cam tightening a bolt like a seat post clamp on a bike?

 

I have looked into this, the lever style would add a lot of cost, but a knob in place of the bolt is doable. What would you think of this solution?
