    Hello everybody,

My 2020 TRD Pro was broken into this pass week thru passenger back window and was confused why didn't my alarm go off ( it has factory alarm) and come to realize that it did not have the window break sensor/ Vehicle intrusion which is a little mic near the power outlets .

I'm looing into getting one soon(RS3200 pt39834142) but wanted to know how difficult is to install or if anyone has an alternative or using something else ?

    Any help will be appreciated,

    Thanks[IMG]

Sorry about the break in. I have not installed this but based on what I have seen on the forum the wiring likely is behind your dash. You would likely need to buy the sensor and then use Techstream to activate it.

There are some members who are very good at the electrical stuff who might be able to provide you more specifics.

    You are correct.
The wire is there just plug it in and have to use Techstream to program it. The wire is behind the lower panel with the USB port and lighter outlet.

I’ve looked into this system for mine. It appears from the latest revision of the instructions for newer model years it is plug and play. No Techstream required. It’s not explicit but appears to be valid for 2018+. Must have factory alarm installed.

Once I get the unit and install it, I’ll report back for others reference.
