Wow, 110 each :benchpress:. I knew there was a reason I put solid rubber tires on the dolly.

    Lots of shenanigans.
Just sent Lew the ubolt measurements. I have 8 leafs for my set-up. Lew also confirmed that the warranty starts once the parts ship

Springs and Timbrens arrived, but no ubolts. I emailed them to see if they shipped them separately or if they have even shipped yet.

So they emailed me back. She missed the email on the measurements. She said they will make them and ship them out tomorrow. There goes another week before install lol. I do have long ubolts that came from my old Readylift kit that had a 2 inch block but don't know if I would chance it until the new ones arrive.

Yeah I'm not too keen on using them with a thicker leaf pack. One more week won't kill me lol.

What additional load capacity were your springs made for?

I'd remove it to ensure a better install. It would be a PITA imo

Might be doable if you’ve got long clamps.

500#s over. I thought that was 500#s per spring. Nay. It is 500#s total.

When installed those springs, I really hoped I had wrestled my last leaf spring.

Interesting. Are you carrying more than 1700lbs? Just figuring the stock 1200 (ish) along with your additional 500. Wondering why you need another leaf.

Why would they need to be long? I was thinking c clamps oriented vertically on the main leaf springs, separate spring and axle by lifting truck and slipping add a leafs in?

I was thinking I would be around 600#s over factory. 350 for the Habitat, 250 for camping stuff. Lew says from my scale I am 1400#s over weight. That includes the front too though.

I would be interested to know what an empty crewman is on back axle at a scale???
