Tyler is there a wait on the nut plates? It looks like its 3/8 so it would work with the 3/8 security bolts I have.

Tonight I placed an order to catch me up on steel orders today. There is a few aluminum orders, but I am going to wait as these small numbers give really bad pricing.

I got a few steel front skid plates back from powder coat tonight, and I will have more tomorrow. I need to make a run to my other powder coater to get more stuff coated red white and a new color, it is a blue chrome.

Good idea. What size bolts are the Pentagon security bolts? I know it was posted at least once or twice in this thread somewhere.

I’m still doing the “excited” thing as I think all that’s missing to ship my order is a front, powder coated, front skid plate.

 

Are all the pentagon bolts that come with it 1/2 or 5/8?

 

You are safe, barely, my last order was a few days after your reorder.

 

I don’t use 5/8’s bolts anymore, only 1/2 and 3/8’s bolts now

 

So, in this batch of steel being made, I added about 20 sets of 1/8 steel front and rear cat plates for stock. I am excited to finally have plates on hand for faster shipping

Thanks for the update. I’m looking at ordering the 3/16” steel front and rear cat plates for my ‘21 Tundra. When do you think you may have these ready, and do you give a military discount by chance? I live out in the Fort Worth area, about 4 hrs north of you…cat theft is bad up this way.

 

I have those as well. Expensive but worth every penny!

 

I would only use nut plates with screwd security bolts. For regular bolts, I would not as it would be easier for someone to remove them if they really wanted to. I have the screwd and use the nuts. Make it hard as hell to remove lol. If some asshat wants my cats, he's going to work for them. I have 8 bolts holding my front plate.

 

Necessary.....no. I have the RCI. I would not use a nut plate unless you have security bolts.

 

Nice! Now we just need a rear vertical add-on plate for the 2wd's.

 

I have the front and rear cat plates ready, the front skid plates are getting welded out again this weekend and I will have more ready in about a week

No military discount, but thank you for serving with me. As for time, about 3 weeks

I am supposed have this within the next week.

Any idea what that looks like? My 2WD does look a little empty on the back side.

 

Tyler will be designing it soon. It will be a bolt on for us to add to our existing plate.

Yup agreed, and I definitely have the security bolts, they are a must in my opinion. Might sound stupid, but I am so excited for this simple nut plate, i absolutely dreaded taking these off for my regear and installing my tranny cooler, but this simple plate will take all the headache and sore arms out of the equation, as well as all the colorful language.

 

I am powering through orders this week. I am currently at November 11th. I expect to be to your order tomorrow

 

I think I am breaking my Fed Ex guys back. Another day with a lot going out. I plan on doing it again tomorrow. I have 9 sets of 1/8 steel cat plates at powder coat, and 2 sets left here. I really want to make it my Black Friday sale tomorrow with what I have, but it might be an up hill battle. I have a lot of front skid plates I am almost tripping on, and more being welded out. I am excited to be within 8 weeks of all orders by hopefully next week, and maybe better. I am never falling behind like this again. It causes stress for my customers and me. My goal is to not have a back log of a month ever again if I can help it. I have 1/8 steel plates being made for STOCK now and I think that will be a game changer. I am also going to be adjusting prices for steel and dropping shipping for future orders.

 

Will this fit the Readylift 8”?

 

Just getting over COVID caught on Christmas. (Yes vaccinated) finally was able to install these bad bears! Looking forward to the front skid!
