The cap is made by arrow which is a company that is out of business.

The C4 bumper weighs about 170lbs. The stock bumper weighs about 70lbs. So, added about 100lbs. I have Toytec Aluma 2.5 on the front with 700lb springs and I didnt notice any sag after install. Took measurements on the front before and after.

they couldn’t tell - he went to adjust and the tab was either already sheared off or it happened when they turned the bolt.

maybe some slight surface rust - this would have been the 4th or 5 alignment including when the dealer was trying to correct sim pull issues before I ever modified anything

I haven't ever seen one last for 10 years. About 5 years is what I've seen in my experience.

Like I said before, I'm a huge believer in ceramic coating. It's totally worth it. Several years ago I went ahead and bought the supplies and tools needed and have been doing my own, with great success. This spring I'll do a full paint correction and coating on my Tundra. I haven't had time yet.

Hopefully not too off topic, but here are some pics of my GS350s (past and present). The first pic is my 2015 GS350, about 3 years after coating it. No deterioration in shine or protection. The second picture is my 2019 GS350 (the dark gray one), just after coating. That paint was crazy difficult to keep looking clean, but the coating really helped. The final picture is my 2020 GS350, just after coating.

It makes the paint look like liquid. Just awesome stuff.

Did you need to take the wheel apart, at all, to install that cover?

Not a bad solution. Steering wheel wrap was not easy. I left mine on while I stitched it and am not totally happy with the end result. A couple places where it tucks in were almost too short and don’t tuck very far. I’ve had to re-tuck them multiple times. Thinking about using some glue the next time.

I really wish there was a way to add a heating element under the leather wrap or buy a wheel like this one you linked to that has the option.

Yeah this is pretty much why I decided to just buy it. I knew it would be harder than I anticipated to do it myself and that I would probably not like how it turned out. Just bit the bullet. Plus I sold the standard wheel that came with the truck for a bill, so that helps to ease the blow of the new one.

Added some flair. I could only do one flag though as duma** (me) ordered two sets of all the same flags from 8 versus 8, rather than a normal and reversed, so I'll have to wait for the new set to arrive. My OCD is also kicking in, I should have left aligned the edge with the iForce badge.

I believe on a vehicle, it is facing the way it would unfurl when driving.

How does that make sense? With his current orientation the flag is blowing in the wind when he drives. The orientation you suggest would have it being sucked into the wind...

It is basic flag protocol that is actually documented and followed by all government agencies. The field of stars ALWAYS faces forward/leads.

Includes paint correction, window, inside and out wheels. My truck is new so I don't see much paint correction. Thoughts??

Just a little shout out to the kind folks over at @lastusbag. I purchased a visor panel about a year ago and due to supply and a redesign, they sent me the new model, rather than the old model that I'd seen on their site. When I mentioned this, they said they could make me up an old style one, but that it might take a bit. This came in the mail yesterday. Great service! And truly awesomely made products. I have a bunch of their stuff; the design and manufacturing are top notch!

Good info. This is not one of the coatings I am familiar with. I did a quick search on the detailing forums that I like to use and couldn't find anything about it. I'll try to find some time later today to look into it a little further. If it is a good quality coating, then I don't think $1500 is a bad price.
