    NC, SC not sure. Anywhere where there is no snow, hurricanes or tornadoes. I would like to be by the water. If not I'll take a river, pond or lake in my backyard. If that doesn't work I'll rent a backhoe and dig out a pond.

    Hate to say it, but I've seen hurricanes and tornados both hit NC and SC. California might be the only place with your list of wants there and the near water bit thrown in.

    Roanoke Rapids might do the trick. Not many hurricanes and maybe a couple of days of one inch snow fall now and then.
