I ordered my wife a 22 Highlander and for whatever reason, when it came in a week after my truck, it was the wrong color and they had to order another one. Still waiting for it

I pulled out the handy owners manual and I have the basic LED headlights as pictured on the bottom. I also don’t have the fancy front retractable air spoiler. I can still take pictures tonight if you want them

On trucks without the upgraded headlamps, are the front signal lights LEDs or ol' fashioned filament? Pretty sure they are not LED.

Also wondering if the whole light can be swapped for the higher end lights.

I’ve been thinking about some of those upgrades as well. Front and rear lights, video review mirror, and Qi charging (although I’ve heard it doesn’t have enough power).

Just ordered a Limited 4x4 in Wind Chill Pearl with Black interior from Fred Haas in Houston. This will be my first Tundra and am making the switch from the F150.

So pumped and can't wait to get it in. Would love to see more pics of the Wind Chill on here.

Will post pics as soon as she comes in.

My salesman also said they're not being made in San Antonio right now but overseas, but he also said it would be here in 1-1.5 months. Not really sure what to believe...

To the guys that have new trucks sitting at home - congratulations! I’m curious for those of you that own a CrewMax, do you know if the bin under the rear seat is removable? I recall someone, somewhere suggesting that it was needed for the seats to rest on in the down position. This was not the case with my 2013 DC. If anyone has removed theirs could you post some pictures of the floor without it?

Toyota, bought it this way. If anyone in California is looking for a bed cover, I'm willing to sell mine. I'd like a camper shell instead. I believe it was 1200 something. Make me an offer if interested. Thanks

I guess with the S&D, salesmen can get away with saying anything and make a sale.

I could not let a salesman get away with such a lie and would call him out on it.

I have a reason to go to Houston this year and was considering buying from Haas. They have absolutely lost a sale from me over that BS statement.

All SR5 trims except the TRD off road package for it.

All TRD pros will have colour matched grille frames too.

Anyone with a 22 can tell me if you have a hitch view on the camera angle? In my F150 I can stare straight down from the top of the tail gate so that the width of the screen is the view of the whole rear bumper.

Great looking truck, congrats. I have no idea when mine will arrive and if it will have a cover or not.
I ordered from Longo in El Monte. if it ever comes and you still have the cover, i'll hit you up.

Thank you. My question is can that “bin” be removed and have the seat still function properly or does the seat need that bin to rest on in the seated position? Sometimes I need large floor space so I usually remove the bin

Very nice. I drove through Ira yesterday but must’ve missed it. Enjoy! I’m guessing I’ll see yours before I see one at a dealership. I’ll start driving home from work on 1A ! Have fun

I will take a look at the seat brackets to see if they have a stopper and get back to you. It definitely looks like it can be removed though. Shackleton, she's a beauti!!!

1- The only lighting I wish I had more of is the master door switch. Nothing in the doors illuminate. So if your looking for the unlock button while loading up your family, you have to pause what you’re doing focus and oh there’s the button ‍♂️. Nothing major but it is something that should be added.
2- I had a 21 Silverado so I had the recessed bumper steps. I didn’t realize how spoiling they were until I needed to utilize the bed. Even my 2yo went to get in the bed and he got under the truck looking for the steps. I’ll add an aftermarket step later.
3- If you aren’t good with tech, like the people that hold the phone with one hand and use the other hands pointer finger to individually press/type things, then you’ll be at the dealer. The owners manual and a gentlemen on YouTube made it easy to setup and follow.

Just a side note, but when you shut the truck off it doesn’t automatically go into accessory mode. Everything just shuts off. So you have to turn accessory on and if you’re using Apple CarPlay it all has to reboot and start back up.
