Did you try plugging in your VIN at toyota.com ?

I would think that would come up under vehicle specifications.

It should say on your gas cap. Mine does.

Mine says nothing in there at all. No labels of any kind. Which is surprising; most cars have at least something.

I have. Also looked up the spec inside the Toyota app. It doesn’t mention fuel in any way, so I’m just looking for one more source of confirmation. I would assume it’s normal gas only, but would like to make sure.

Bummer, mine makes it very clear that's not a FFV.

I found it in the vehicle specs in the Toyota app after entering my VIN.

yes mine doesn’t mention flex so I’m assuming it isn’t one. Just wanted an additional confirmation. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen the VIN specs wrong. Thanks for the help.

It could certainly be wrong. Honestly, I didn’t even know mine was flex until I looked this up on the app. I haven’t seen any other indication on the truck that it’s flex fuel, and I don’t remember it being on the window sticker when I bought the truck. I could have just overlooked it.

Is it true the flex fuel models have a little bit more horsepower over non-flex fuel models when running regular gas? Saw that in the owners manual or something years ago, but dismissed it outright (can't be all that much, if anything).

Do you want to use flex fuel, because if not, does it really matter. Mine is ffv, I'll never run flex fuel. Only only external indication on mine was the gas cap.

I have FFV and assumed it would be useful for my great great grandson when he has the truck in 2073 and there is no more regular gas bc we juiced all the dinosaurs already
