I’m still super excited about it too! The event was very well organized and managed. No one knew about all the great unicorns that they had for this. It was a complete surprise. They wouldn’t allow anyone to take any pictures or videos to keep it a surprise to all those that went into the blacked out room with all the bottles in it. It was a great experience for sure!

Big fan of Buffalo trace and their sazerac so I’m sure I’ll enjoy this. Just now starting to get into bourbons and whiskeys.

Actually bought this bottle (Slo Stills) from a local distillery the other day.

    going to compare both tonight.

Agreed, and in the same boat. Kind of fell out of love with scotch. Just starting my journey.

Did a side by side this afternoon, Stagg Jr batch 15 131.1 proof was my favorite, EC A120 136.6 proof was second, very good flavor but very hot also. JD SiB BP 129.7 was 3rd , this bottle is really hot but not the same flavor as one I got earlier this year and EC C921 was last, rather smooth at 120 proof but has a grassy finish I am not a fan of.

The ten anniversary edition I bought goes for around $250.

The Angels Envy rye typically sells for around $90-$100.

The Angels Envy bourbon is usually around $50-$60.

Download the BoozApp to see the retail cost, fair price and shelf pricing for different liquors. I use it all the time to know what the actual retail is on things.

Are they the regular Angels Envy or the tenth annual release? Regular Angels Envy is very common. The tenth annual cask strength is a limited release.

    No, they are standard issue.
I did not see the cask strength but, I wasn't looking for it.

Angel's Envy is a hand crafted, small batch whiskey produced by Louisville Distilling Company, a subsidiary of Bacardi Limited. They sold to Bacardi last year for a $150 million!
