I have been wanting an FNH 5.7 for sometime and just ordered one in FDE. Any body own one?
Post up only if you own one and I would be interested in your thoughts. Looking forward to some range time with it.
    Thanks!

I like mine, like shooting a 22 as far as recoil goes and I have a matching PS90.

I had one and sold it a few years back. IMO its a niche gun , small caliber, high velocity not really a CCW gun. Between that and the cost of ammo I decided I could live without it. Overall it is a solid gun, very accurate and hardly any recoil and it's a FN so it's quality. But for me there is nothing I can't do with my $300 keltec PMR30 that the $1200 FN could do better.

I shot a couple magazines of 5.7. Pretty sweet weapon. Then again, I haven't disliked any FN weapon placed in my hands with some full mags.

Keep us posted when you get your new toy and put a few rounds through it.

On the PS90 forums a lot of guys will only buy in 2k round counts due to the general cost of the 5.7x28. That said, I want an SBR'd PS90 someday! I've shot a select fire and you could chop down a tree if so inclined.

FN security guys also carry this pistol

If you have Facebook, join up FN Herstal Owners Group

One of the guys who runs it is the shop manager for their Pro Shop and he's a great contact if anything ever goes wrong or you need parts

The factory is located here in Columbia, SC...i like to browse their shop, but currently don't have the disposable income for more guns

a 5.7 has always been in the list of "will own"

Yes, Columbia is not far from where we live here in the foothills of Western NC. I appreciate your honesty and prioritizing! Someday you will have one! Thanks for the info.

Being an adult sucks sometimes, but then every now and again, being an adult is awesome when you get to buy new guns!

    I had a "problem" for a few years where I bought a BUNCH...like a couple or 3 in a month sometimes 3 months in a row

Then I realized what I was doing, and I buy myself a new gun once a year as a treat for being smarter with my money

I've owned a FiveseveN for about 3 years, and I have to say that I love this gun, except for the cost of ammo.
My wife has shot it a few times and now wants to buy one for herself.

My wife will want to shoot it for sure. I would like to see her own one, then ammo purchases would not be that big of a deal

Thanks Chris, I have busted it for a long dam time in the working world. And now retired, and a few really nice ranges close by, shooting has become a fun hobby. I only pay cash for my gun hobby and don't sell them. I appreciate the nice comment!

And this will be it for awhile, plenty to keep me busy.

Oh Dave, you earned every last gun sir, that I'm sure of.

Glad to see you actually use them. I have friends with stockpiles of weapons they have never even fired. Drives me nuts.

Normally yes, however some hold sentimental value and are not safe to fire any longer due to age and care previously

I have an old Sterlingworth side by side that I feel is the same. I fire it once every few years, but keep it nice and clean in the safe.
