Spec sheet doesn’t show SR5 as able to get either. How are they a month into hitting kits and the spec sheet is inaccurate?

They even have two "Corrections" pamphlets in with the manuals. What is this world coming to?

    Thanks.

I can't stop liking the TRD sport package so will have to miss out on a few things.

Ya, the Sports gotta be the best looking. Bad part is I want the 6.5 bed. When you get that, you're limited to very few Sport packages.

I’m pretty sure my limited has all of those. Besides digital gauge cluster.

Not the rear window shades and not the heated/ventilated rear seats. Less ambient lighting/less soft touch surfaces. To me the Platinum is not worth the up charges but certainly important enough to some.

But the limited can’t get the TRD sport package- which was my whole point.

The SR5 TRD Sport is the best looking truck, it just doesn’t have enough features imo. The sport package should have been available on other trims.

Also, is no one tickled the crewmax rear seat backs fold down? I've not seen many mention it.

I believe others have commented about the mirror in their sr5 trd sport. Funny thing, passed a sheriff and looked in the mirror to see if he was going to turn around and couldn't find him. I flipped the switch to a normal view and saw him. I need to play around with it more.

No pic.......go to the 1:03 mark on the video. He states SR5 "advance tow package" but mine is listed under the advance-technology package.

It is depending on your options. It has a lot of the upgrades standard like heated steering wheel, PVM, wireless charging, rear outlet, pano roof, digital mirror, all the bsm and rcta stuff, straight path, etc.

Yes your correct about those. All things I can’t imaging paying extra for. All things I would never use. But if your carpooling every day or something.

My bad. I realized that after. But you certainly can get those parts ordered to color match later on if you wanted. Or painted or wrapped.

Yeah I’m sure some day it will. Biggest gripe about platinum is the goofy black vinyl on the fenders and tail gate

I test drove one last week. Sr5 OFF-ROAD premium. It’s not listed in any specific area but it comes with the tow technology package I hav figured out, which is I think in the sr5 premium pack

Do you know if the storage bin under the rear seats is needed for the seats to rest on? I usually remove those bins so I have more floor space when I need it and just carry a loose tool box underneath for gear. Any info is appreciated.

Is the black on the tailgate an added plastic panel (removable?) or just standard gate with the top vinyl wrapped??

Stopped in dealer today for update on my build, schedule production is 1/5/22.

anybody have any experience on date of build to date it got delivered to dealer?? They are telling me 4-6 weeks.

I currently have a wrangler order that was built last week and Jeep is telling me 7-10 days before they have it.

Just trying to plan so I don’t end up without anything to drive, I’ll be walking.

Mine was 25 days between build and pickup but it was part of the first wave.

Here's the top sport package I think it's like a 9,000 package but it looks like it does have digital mirror on the SR5 of course

Mine got done building on 12/1….got here to the PNW on 12/26 and sat at railyard until yesterday (1/2) due to bad weather in the area preventing it from getting to dealer.

moreso it probably depends on where you are located relative to San Antonio I would presume.

Did the Vin # change after build, I thought I read that the order sheet vin is temporary??

Yes…I read somewhere on here that the Temp Vin (order sheet) has a letter included the last 5 or 6 spaces

…and when the truck is close to being done building (or start transporting) it changes to the permanent VIN in which those last 6 spaces are replaced by all numbers.

I can confirm that was the case with me anyway…once it changes I think you need to get the tracking info from your dealership/salesperson.
