Given the fact that the OP on this thread hasn’t been seen again since the day it was created almost 8 years ago, maybe we can get @Bob to rename it to NW BS Thread or North West BS Thread

No reason not to let them MT folks join the party…

I like the rename idea. Or we could start a new thread. Maybe even have a mod lock this one. Then a current, active member will also have control.

Saw the 2022 in person today on the highway. Recognized the mustache coming in my side view mirror from a few hundred yards away. So I changed lanes and slowed down. It was a celestial silver limited. Not a bad looking truck but I’m still indifferent about it. Glad I got my 21 for sure.

    Happy new year folks!

    Forum renamed! Thanks @Bob!

Well, the drive home should be interesting. We’ve been above freezing for at least 12 hours, but the rain never moved in. Hopefully the roads are clear.

The owners manual says re-torque the lugs every 60 miles. Since I don’t have a torque wrench handy, I’ll be reef’n on the lugs every 30-45 minutes. Probably in 6” of slush and heavy rain!

Oh, DT called. My tire shipment is delayed. Hopefully here by next weekend. Grrr…

That blows. Not sure how things are up there, but the sun yesterday and Friday down here really helped clear up the highways

And thanks @Bob for the rename. Happy New Year!

WADOT cams show highways bare and wet. Even the black ice should be gone at these temps. So the side roads are all that’s left

Okay, challenge question. If you have this front grill, can you measure this distance please?

The bottom is the contour on the bumper, where this semi-hidden hitch cuts into the bumper. The top is the middle of the two chrome bars on the grill.

This is the leading candidate for a winch mount but Warn doesn't give dimensions or do they tell you it is GTG with the Toyota TSS. Clowns...

Warn does offer this same mount without the bar...but I like it.

Terrible weather right now. Snow/rain/freezing rain all seems to be coming down. It can't make up its mind what it wants to do.

The weather here has been strange. Was supposed to rain all day yesterday. It was mostly dry. Was supposed to rain all day today. So far we have had drizzle, rain, a downpour of hail, snow and now sun.

Sorry, I should have put that in my first post. 275/70 R18. So about an inch bigger than stock I think. Right around a 33” diameter.

Heard 3-6” of snow on the radio this morning and gave it the middle finger. Guess it listened this one time. All we got was rain but nowhere near 3”
