I'm always looking to expand the food horizons. I just know some stuff I don't like. It's not because I don't try things.

 

So a muffuletta( muh·fuh·leh·tuh) was originally made on a spring day in 1906, because while in the breakroom at an office in New Orleans area, an executive talking about some of his staff members was stating how he'd like to get them in a room and bury his face in a lot of muff. One of the said female employees came in and questioned what he had said. He then crawfished his way back and said no, he just wanted a muffuletta. So he then started grabbing different meats, cheeses, and some olive salad stuff and mixed it all together and said thats what it was. it then took off as a running joke that if you had that much muff in your face, it'd look like you were eating a muffuletta. so the name and ingredients stuck.
