Make sure you insist on getting a diminished value assessment from your insurance company and fight for recovery. If the damage is over $500, it gets reported to CarFax as an accident and screws your resale. The only way to try and make it up is at the time of claim through diminished value.

sonofabiotch! Still raw that it happened to me a month ago by a non insured non resident. I hope you have better fortune on the back end.

 

Non-insured. I came to own my tundra by being hit head on by a non insured truck in my last vehicle. The kid stuck around, but it will still fall on my insurance. At least the police sited him for the collision and driving without insurance. There’s a whole thread on my last wreck on here. Only seems to be my passenger rear bumper and center rear bumper that’s effected. But seriously thinking about trading it in on a 22 or new 21 to avoid the two big f&ck ups on it already!!!!

 

Damn that sucks

 

Found a Pedal Commander for half price on Craigslist so bought and put that on today.

Well, my vacation is over. Just did a few things over the last two weeks. Painted up the bezels on my grille spotlights, installed some brighter bedlights for under the tonneau cover, and of course painted up the new Icon UCAs. I was able to get a little dirt time in as well, those new UCAs make a huge difference in handling.

 

Hahaha thanks! I’ll give her another 5 years of dating and will reconsider the wife part again lol.

 

My Ukrainian TRD center cap emblems came in today. Hopefully I’m not sponsoring terrorism, but they look great!

 

Should have sanded the little center nipple off the center caps prior to application for a smoother finish, but otherwise turned out ok.

 

Front TRD sway bar delivered Friday, rear TRD sway bar is backordered until February. Wish Sparks would have had that info when I ordered.

 

Those Ukraine stickers are worth the wait.

 

We'll see how they hold up. Now if these darn tires would jut wear out so I can put some 275/70/18 BFG's on. Might do some 5100's with about 1" of lift then. Don't wanna level it since I tow heavy often.

FWIW - I had the same issue. I canceled and ordered the same part off eBay and had it in 4-days.

 

Nice!! This trail in particular actually has one long offshoot the whole way. The main road you can take at a pretty high speed. A good night run trail.
