I haven't even got a Tundra yet and fingers crossed we will be able to get a heritage grille.

Is everyone's front inner fender made out of stuff like on the underside of the hood? Cloth like. Test drive a 2wd and love it. Wanting a Crewmax 6.5 bed but you're limited on how high the sport packages package will go

 

I wonder if also same offsets.

 

The more time I spend in this truck the more I love it. It really does look a lot better in person and I don’t even notice the large grill when I walk around it. Even the tires don’t seem as out of proportion as a lot of people where complaining about. I’ll likely go up to an even 33” better ko2 set of tires just for the heck of it. But I don’t plan on doing much to the suspension for the first few years to make sure the factory components are solid and reliable. Only
Thing I don’t like so far is it has been in the teens this week and icicles freezing in front of the front sensor has caused a warning that blocked any other information on my gauge cluster. But it’s worth the hassle for the sweet cruise control radar.

 

Leveling kits from the previous gen will work. Front suspension didn't change. Jeff Westcott put on a leveling kit on a 22 and was able to put 37s on.

Is the trim around the wheel wells gray?

 

Good looking truck. If you want a Limited and can’t stand the chrome trim that color blends it so well it looks good.

 

Ya it’s perfect for my needs. And where I live. This truck is big enough. I wouldn’t want an extra ft of cabin space.

I've always liked the MGM on the Tundras . Obviously there are colors that we all think look better than others but it's rare that a manufacturer comes up with a design that goes with any color . The Platinum comes to mind with the dark chrome and the SR5 with the color matched grille surround . With the chrome grille surround I guess it's whatever you think looks better .

 

The mgm with the limited chrome accents is really nice.

 

Yes. They’re saying a build of 1/24. I’ve contacted nearly every Toyota dealer within a 200 mile radius and none have exactly what I want. So I guess I’ll keep drooling over all of yours for awhile.

That looks very sharp. Silver is very underrated color.

If you don’t mind me asking which Raleigh dealership did you get it from? I have yet to see a 22 in the Triangle. Although I did drive by Hendrick Toyota in Apex today and they have a SR5 on the lot.
