We only have dead bolts on our three doors but, I mean, if someone really wants to get in, they'll kick out the glass in the patio door.

 

You only say that because 4 down football is boring.

 

Its so funny to think about all the little things we do for protection, but if people want in they will find a way.
I had a coworker getting concrete work done and the guys had a ginormous saw and I made a joke about how easy it would be for them to enter his house. He responds with, if they want in they would just drive the truck thru the window since that would take less time and be less noisy. I just gave a blank stare at that.

No maybe about it. Hilariously enough, the only sport I can watch on TV is golf. Live hockey can be kinda fun to watch, but nothing I really care about.

 

I can't really watch any sports on TV and stay interested. Maybe if they brought back women's mudwrestling... Hockey live is amazing, and basketball can be. I can live with or without football or soccer. Baseball is just something I can't get into unless I'm playing it.

Sucks that women’s beach volleyball is really only on once every 4 years…

 

I think I am making a mistake moving to Idaho. I am tired of this snow. I should be moving to Arizona or someplace south. Another 6" of snow last night. Now it's snowing heavy again with expectations of 4-8 more inches.

 

Don’t worry you get used to it. Just got to learn how to have fun in it. The winters do suck sometimes but put up with it because of how awesome the other 3 seasons are.

 

I am mainly excited to get out of Washington and enjoy some Idaho hunting and fishing. Agree the other three seasons are worth it. Lewiston isn't too bad in the valley. Less snow than Moscow or Coeur d'Alene.

 

I would do the same, no question.

Other than Lewiston is the worst smelling town in Idaho. Can’t stand the paper mill smell.

Live is hockey is a snoozefest to me, so is televised hockey. I enjoy playing it, can't stand watching it. Baseball is an experience, at least in an American stadium and I do enjoy playing it but televised I can't watch. I despise basketball entirely. It's the most pointless sport in the world to me. Here is every basketball game ever:

bounce bounce bounce score. change direction. bounce bounce bounce score. change direction. bounce bounce "ah, you blinked at me! I get a free throw!!" score. change direction...ad nauseum.

I like playing and watching football. I grew up playing soccer for 14 years so I enjoy both playing it and watching it as I can pick up the nuances. I do laugh hysterically at the diving in pro-soccer though. Gotta pull the penalities somehow.

Australian rules football, now there's a sport! I have no idea what's going on but there's chaos, blood, and rabid fans. What more can you need?

Depending on which way the wind is blowing lol. Worst is when it's stagnant and foggy out. Smell just stays in the valley. Otherwise it's not so bad.

I told this story already, I'm sure. My old neighbor called me up one day and said "Do you want to go to see the Spurs?" I replied, "I've never been to a NBA game, that'd be fun. How much?" He said nothing, he already had the tickets. Turns out it was a game 7 of the Finals. They were playing the Mavs and it was freaking amazing. We were on the 2nd bowl (or whatever you call it), in the front row. It was a corner seat - I lost my voice because I was yelling so much.

So, anyways, live NBA is fun if you go the right game. We also went to a couple of Astros games and they pretty much sucked.

Maybe. I went to Vancouver Grizzlies game as a kid. Before half time I was asking dad if we could leave. Never had any interest in basketball personally. Even hated it in the schoolyard and during gym class. Maybe it's because I'm white and short.
