What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

I installed one in my 2018 2 months ago. My TMPS icon lights up on the dash until I put the key in. They told me this was normal with their kit. This kit has been flawless and I definitely recommend it. I originally went with the kit to use with the factory key but wasn't in love with the range, and didn't want the long range fob hanging from my key, so a month ago I added the app module. I couldn't be happier with it.

 

That's cool, I guess.

I don't think I'm alone in saying "Once you have proper LED headlights, you can never go back." It's a prerequisite for any vehicle I look at after having them in my WRX. Sole reason I bought the TRD Off Road package was for the LED headlights.

 

Totally agree! Amazing the difference from the halogen projectors to the LEDs. I love the height adjustment feature as well on the Tundra.

 

Where did you end up getting them?

Are those the ones with the black housing?

 

Changed the transmission fluid using 12 quarts of Toyota's ATF WS at 39,300 miles. A couple of weeks ago I changed the transfer case fluid using Toyota's liquid gold. Both of these were done in preparation for installing Valhalla's Shield front and rear plates.

I removed my front bumper when added the c4, also replaced the Rigid. Are you looking for just the lights?

Not sure if anyone else waited as long as I did. Ordered my lift kit, suspension parts, rims & tires back in August. Everything but my rims/tires arrived. So installed lift kit. After lost package issues, then manufacturers issues, then shipping issues. They finally arrived. Since then I ordered new brake rotors/pads/stainless steel brake lines….might as well do the whole wheel package. Install set for 2weeks, waited this long, what TWO MORE WEEKS….hehe

I like when a driver pisses you off you can adjust the lights just right at the next stop

 

got them from covercraft. Install took around 45 mins.. hardest part was fitting the covers on the headrests lol

 

Those are awesome, I've always been interested in them but I haven't been able to justify the price, they are quite expensive. I've heard the install was kinda painful but if it only takes about 45min to install them then washing them and reinstalling them shouldn't be too much of a chore.
