275/60R20 rubbing front tire well

    I just purchased some 275\60R20s with Black Rhino wheels. I noticed that at a sharp turn, the wheels do rub the inside front tire well (front mudflap already removed).

    They mentioned to me that there was a piece inside the front wheel well that you can unbolt and move forward about to inches, drill some holes and rebolt.

    Has anyone done this?
