First time in 13 yrs heck engine light comes on. I only had 10 miles left of fuel. Never let it get that low. So I filled it up still continued checking for codes was P0456. So I cleared the code has not come back. When I checked for that code on Toyotas on Google shows for gas cap. What's your thoughts. My thinking was there was not enough pressure since fuel was so low or is that just a coincidence.

Or your gas cap was loose. I’ve run pretty low on fuel before and never set a code from that.

But I think code would have set way earlier. I only fuel up every 7 to 9 days. Which is about 240 to 250 miles so I'm sure it would have popped on earlier.
