Not that I have noticed. I normally have the good tunes turned up pretty loud when by myself. When the wife is with me and she is......... I normally tune everything out...so I don't hear much of anything

 

I have no use for my dash speakers. There not in use. My new system is just doing door components and I love how it sounds.

 

Beggars can't be choosers. I was home for about 48 hours, got the topper, snow tires, toys, and took off for Idaho before the storm. I lucked upon finding a double cab topper one town away and he gave me his bed build too. I'd rather have it be matte black, but I don't hate the mint chocotruck vibe. It looks great covered in snow. And just a short walk from the truck bed to the lift and a hot spring a few minutes down the road. I love having a reliable, and very pretty truck.

Also at church this morning, I happened to park in the front and my brother was ushering the front door. He said a couple people went up close to it and were talking about/complimenting the color.

I also purchased a set through sparks, but only the front bc I’m double cab. Makes the truck look cleaner with the color matched handle guys.

 

personally I like the black handles better. Looks good with the other black accents. Plus they don’t scratch as easy as painted. My Tacoma handles got pretty scratched up just from opening the doors for 6 years. If they came on the truck I probably wouldn’t think twice but not something I would purchase.

 

I agree I did not like the painted AG handles on my 2020 4runner Pro. Too easy to scratch the handles especially with the wife with rings on. The black accent looks so much better.

 

Curious for the LunaRock owners that do there own oil change. Did anyone else have a hard time removing the Allen bolts in the pro skid plate where the oil filter is to be changed. They seem like Toyota put lock tight on them.

 

I think the tooling is getting old and out of wack, it was bit tight for me and I just ran a thread tap on the tight ones and have been fine since.

 

Mine have not been removed yet from new. I was checking things out due to oil change soon. Thanks.

Nice. Would love to know how many ‘21 LR Pros were sold out of the 82k - thinking it might be 500 or less in which case we are all XX of 500 and that keeps the value up there even more so…. Funny because just the other day I parked a country mile away from the breakfast joint and I told my brother-in-law “I’m trying to keep it from getting all dinged up because its one of… not so many, you know”?

 

Only once (in this forum) have I seen anyone post information that actually indicated number sold by color and that was a few years ago. I've reached out to that person a couple of times via PM, but never any response or acknowledgement (even though he was "last seen" in December). So, unless someone has an inside track at actual sales data from TMC, It's unlikely we'll ever know the real/final numbers by trim/cab/color/whatever.
