If you can make the bed inside your vehicle work, 2nd gen Prius fits a lot of crap in. One of those bigger inside than outside vehicles. I bought mine almost as a joke, but its actually a very good vehicle, and they're generally pretty cheap - to buy & own. hybrid battery is very straightforward to replace, & they're dirt cheap with a bad hybrid battery.

Sounds like a good first day. Remember that down the road, as great as these guys and gals may be, you will find out one has night terrors, one wears Depends, and one got busted down to his current for bad judgement. I can't believe some of the people who were able to intimidate me at one point. They weren't wearing any clothes in the end.

I think Noah might be like me, kinda quite and in the corner. But if you open the door, put on your sunglasses! I’m more of an absorber than a extruder. So I always just sit back and take it all in, but I will speak my mind if it’s important or unsafe.

Yeah our guys are more worried about what they look like, or how clean their shoes are vs doing their job correct. The one just got sent to back flow cert, and still effs them up like this, rookie acting like a top dog.

We have that too, that’s the plumbers cousin, that’s how they get away with doing absolutely nothing. The amount of plumbing that the HVAC crew does is mind boggling!

Best I can tell, the motive is to just avoid work and be available to complain about stupid self-wrought 'hardships'.
    Absolutely loves playing the martyr.

I know I'm late to this party but think about it. If it's a company full of very knowledgeable and intelligent people AND they hired you, they see the same or potential for the same in YOU!

I'm contemplating going to OEM on side/corner signal lamps. The DEPO clears look nice but feel lousy in my hand. I'm going to wait a bit and see and get the dang harness for vled switchbacks going as best I am able to before deciding.

Also, has anyone else relocated the spare tire tool to the front of the bed? I'm guessing probably nobody. I think what I might do is find some OEM 3rd gen Tacoma tools (they are nice and compact) and use the big one as a shop tool for both trucks.

I don't know what those depo vled things are. I know I need to rehab my headlight lenses again. But, OEM with LED where easy doesn't suck. I'm adding other lights for when I need more output.

Honestly, I'd love to relocate everything elsewhere and turn the metal cage under the rear of my AC into one big sub box with one 10" on each side and an amp provision in the middle. But the day I did it, I'd get a flat on the side of the road and need that toolkit, or run into someone stranded and need my pull rope.

I’m keeping the jack and lug wrench in their spots but Marv is making me a sub box for the entire passenger side. And I like the one piece tool for shop use, way better than assembling from parts and should work for both Taco and Tundra. So I got some $21 tools for now just to have a chance of swapping a tire in the field.
