What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

New pads and rotors on the front today. Will turn the old ones tomorrow and have them on deck for next pad change.

 

Got the Trigger4 Plus and the ditch lights on today with my helper. Fogs are in as well but did them after it got dark. Will put some proper photos on tomorrow. Pulled into the shop to work in the heat. Nice getting out of the garage to work on the Zombie.

 

You can use the really small zip ties. I'll get some pics later of mine.

 

X2 for zip ties. Adhesive wouldn't work for me either. Velcro on the rear.

Just trying to help. I was dealing same issue and tried couple different things all to no avail. It was when I posted my question on the forum that a member had a very simple idea that for some reason was escaping my mind. It was something as simple as a zip tie. They work perfectly and since then I haven't had any issue with them coming off. Such a simple resolution but for some reason I just never thought about it. Trust me do the same and don't look back. It will forever resolve your issue of having to try and reinstall every couple weeks/months. Good luck.

I bought mine new in 2017 when all the limited trucks were on recall for a stupid bumper bolt. SR5s don’t come with color matching bumpers, other models do.

Welp, consider yourself lucky. I’ve spent close to $1500 just on the bumpers and grill.

Got a screamin deal on some Icon billet uniball UCAs. Getting installed tomorrow. I gave em a quick once-over.

 

Finally swapped some quality lights in for ditch lighting. Can't ever go wrong with some Plashlights lights.

These puppies are super low profile, saltwater rated, dupont coated, and pump out 2600 Lumens. Yeah they'll light up some ditches. Hooked em up to my strobe switch so I can use them for emergency flashers (10 different patterns).

 

AJT Steering wheel trim arrived today, now i'll have to find a moment to sling these on!

I just got shipment confirmation for mine, totally stoked.
Already did the vent rings and knobs
just ttrying to find the factory black stereo /center console piece to truly finish near full black out of my interior

 

Replaced the shiny pieces with the new Black from AJT Design and they are great. Easy install just be careful and gentle with the little screws. Also,, make sure your torx tool is in alignment.

 

Yeah, i am stoked too! I have all his stuff, just not much into painting, so i go the easy route, ha ha. I ordered the OEM center surround, spendy but nice to eliminate that silver!
