Has anyone had issues with belt chirping? I’ve tried changing tensioner but belts only last about 5-10,000 miles then start to chirp

    Tastefully enhanced...
The tensioners are crap...especially if not using an OE version. The additional cost for non-aftetmarket is worth the cost. Does the squeaking/whining happen more at cooler temperatures or every cold start? I only start hearing noises on cold starts after sitting overnight outside...granted, it's zero degrees where I'm at.

I have had no issues with the Mag belt and pulley "knock on wood." I do plan on an upgrade when it needs to be rebuilt tho...only 55k miles on the setup now...

I get the squeaky when it's real cold (sub freezing) but I just spray high grade silicone on the belt while idling, it's dangerous but doable...watch out for the fan blades!!! But that takes care of any cold weather noises for about a month. I haven't felt any chirping or slipping either, appox 30kmiles on the SC.

Yes It usually starts doing it when it gets cold out, when I replaced the tensioner I used OE. I can’t seem to find a heavier duty tensioner for the TRD. I’d like to do different pulley just not sure what to go with yet

I feel you will discover you did all this but still get noises...it will always be the tensioners fault 90% of time...one almost needs a greasable pulley bearing to help...

I wish magnuson maid a higher tension tensioner for it but according to them they don’t have any issues with belts chirping
